Notes:
WF Ice Cream Dark Chocolate + Cocoa + Hazelnut and Cream: This is our chocolate layer. It produces a nice "Swiss Miss" milk chocolate powder style flavor

CAP Vanilla Milk Froth + FA Meringue + TFA Dairy: This is our "hot milk" layer. Dairy does most of the work, where the meringue sweetens (and adds the important Ethyl Maltol) and the Vanilla Milk Froth adds that light frothy steamed milk flavor.
